Cattle Cafe Hong Kong Deep Fried Pork Chop Cutlet Curry Rice Review (Price: $11.99)

I got the Cattle Cafe Hong Kong Deep Fried Pork Chop Cutlet Curry Rice. It is part of the Happy Hour Mini Meals Special and the dish comes with a complimentary hot drink free of charge. This dish includes a deep fried pork chop cutlet. Curry sauce, potatoes, peppers and onions are then put on top of the cutlet. You also get a bowl of white rice. The deep fried pork chop cutlet was crispy and taste great with the curry sauce. This was a nice and tasty dish. The Happy Hour Mini Meal is still a decent size.

Cattle Cafe Hong Kong Lemon Ribena Hot Drink Review (Price: $0.5 extra with meal purchase)

The Happy Hour Mini Meals come with a free hot drink. I paid an extra $0.50 to upgrade to Lemon Ribena. Ribena is basically a blackcurrant juice that is then mixed with the lemon. This taste pretty good.

Overall, a really good value meal at these Happy Hour menu prices. I wouldn’t come to Cattle Cafe during lunch or dinner though as their regular meal prices are around $17.99 each. Its a bit more expensive compared to nearby Hong Kong style restaurants like Deer Garden Signatures, Hong Kong Number One Chinese Restaurant and The Boss Restaurant. Lunch meals at these places typically cost $15-$16.

Cattle Cafe Hong Kong Restaurant is located in the Metrotown area. The address is 4877 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC, V5H 4T2, Canada.
