Edo Japan Sushi & Grill are primarily located in food courts. Though, they do have some standalone locations. It is pretty much fast food service. I ordered the Sukiyaki Beef (Teriyaki Beef) on rice. Price was $10. It includes vegetables like broccoli, mushrooms, carrots and lettuce. There is also mushrooms and beef. The beef was really tender. The beef and mushrooms were cooked with Teriyaki sauce. All of this is on top of white rice. They then put another scoop of Teriyaki sauce on top. Its very delicious and quite heavy.
