Sashimi & Sushi Express California Roll & Dynamite Roll Special Review (Price: $8.95)
One of the greatest food deals at Sashimi & Sushi Express is their sushi special. For $8.95, you can a California Roll (8 pieces) and Dynamite Roll (6 pieces).
I like how they packaged the wasabi, ginger and soy sauce in separate containers. Both the California Roll and Dynamite Roll were very fresh. The tempura shrimp in the Dynamite Roll was still warm meaning they just recently deep fried it. A lot of places don’t fry their tempura fresh in their sushi rolls. The California Roll has cucumber, avocado and imitation crab meat. Dynamite roll is the same thing but with two tempura deep fried shrimp.

Sashimi Sushi Express Stuffed Filled Inari Spicy Salmon, Avocado & Masago, Shrimp, Teriyaki Beef and Unagi Eel Review
The Sashimi Sushi Express stuffed filled Inari were pretty delicious. There is warm rice inside an Inari bean curd. On top of it, there are different toppings depending on which one you get. The Teriyaki Beef had warm beef and green onions on top. The Unagi Eel had green onions as well. The Masago and avocado had lots of Masago in it along with several cubes of chopped up avocado. The Spicy Salmon was only ok. I think the sauce wasn’t that good. The shrimp was mixed with a creamy sauce and it was cold.
Overall, a really good value and good quality meal for the California & Dynamite Roll Sushi combo. The stuffed Inari were really tasty as well.
