The 乙龍天 Skyview Fusion Cuisine Restaurant Skyview Specialty Dim Sum Platter Bird Cage is a pretty unique item. Its like English High Tea where you eat some dessert snacks and drink some tea in the afternoon. There are two plates in the dim sum platter.
On the top, there are various dessert items like egg tart, coconut papaya sweet pudding, glutinous sesame ball with salty egg yolk cream filling, and another type of pudding that has flower scent. There’s also some cherry tomatoes and a small mini tangerine as well.
The top plate had two 乙龍天 Skyview Fusion Cuisine Restaurant Skyview Glutinous Sesame Ball with Salty Egg Yolk Cream Filling. Below is the interior of it. The salty egg yolk cream taste really good and is sweet too.
On the bottom plate of the 乙龍天 Skyview Fusion Cuisine Restaurant Skyview Specialty Dim Sum Platter Bird Cage, you get a piece of cake, two deep fried sticky rice dumplings, BBQ pork, seaweed salad and a BBQ Pork Bun. There’s also some beans as well.

We also ordered the 乙龍天 Skyview Fusion Cuisine Restaurant Skyview Deep Fried Sticky Pork Dumplings. Price is $5.79. This was also in the dim sum platter bird cage but we didn’t know. As such we had a lot of these dumplings. In the dim sum version, you get four piece and there’s some minced pork inside them. Each of these dumplings are shaped like a pear. These taste alright.

The 乙龍天 Skyview Fusion Cuisine Restaurant Skyview Pan-Fried Curry Beef Bun Dim Sum price is $6.79. You get three pieces. Usually, dim sum restaurants have the regular salty pan fried pork buns. However, these are curry flavour so its a little bit special. These buns are slightly crispy on the outside and is tender and soft on the inside. They taste great. The filling had minced beef and curry inside.

The 乙龍天 Skyview Fusion Cuisine Restaurant Skyview Steamed Pork & Veggie Chiu Chow Dumplings price is $5.79. There are four pieces inside. The bamboo basket is not the traditional circle shape but instead in a square shape. There’s peanuts, minced pork and various vegetables inside these dumplings. It is also served with chili oil which is kind of nice. These taste not bad and are quite large. Pretty good value.
We couldn’t finish everything so we asked for plastic and container to takeout. There was no charge for these. In British Columbia, many cities in Greater Vancouver now charge for takeout container. There are no plastic bags and you get charged for paper bags.
Overall, the dim sum is pretty good. The dining environment is nice and a good place to take guests to.
