We didn’t go there during afternoon tea/happy hour. We just ordered from the regular. However, its not a bad idea to go there during afternoon tea to get some good deals.

The 列治文山龍粥記 Mr. Congee Chinese Cuisine Restaurant Shatin Chicken Congee Casserole price is $8.95. This is not a bad price considering the amount of congee you get. However, there isn’t much Shatin Chicken in the congee and a lot of it have bones too.
Here’s a look at some of the ingredients inside the congee. It felt like a plain congee as the congee didn’t much chicken flavour.

The 列治文山龍粥記 Mr. Congee Chinese Cuisine Restaurant Deep Fried Oyster price is $25.50. This is an expensive dish considering there’s only seven small oysters. However, they do taste pretty good when its deep fried. The sauce that is served with this has a little sweetness to it too. There are also some side shredded carrots for decoration too. This makes a great appetizer dish.

The 列治文山龍粥記 Mr. Congee Chinese Cuisine Restaurant Beef Brisket Lo Mein Dry Sauce Tossed Noodle price is $10.25. You also get a bowl of soup on the side. I guess if you really want to, you can put the noodles in the soup and eat it like a soup noodle too. The Lo Mein Dry Sauce Tossed Noodle very pretty long. I wish they cut it a bit so its easier to eat. However, that’s not a big issue. There’s some lettuce on it too. Though, the beef brisket you get doesn’t have much meat in it. This was kind of a disappointment item that we ordered.

The 列治文山龍粥記 Mr. Congee Chinese Cuisine Restaurant Shanghai Stir-Fried Rice Cake with Pork & Shrimp price is $14.95. There’s pork, shrimp, napa cabbage and carrots all stir-fried together. This is a pretty plain dish with just some sodium. Its an alright dish.

The 列治文山龍粥記 Mr. Congee Chinese Cuisine Restaurant House Special Deep Fried Crispy Chicken price is $14.50. I believe there’s half of a chicken there. Some shredded carrots are on the side for decorative purposes too. You get some sodium on the side should you find that it doesn’t have enough taste. However, I think the chicken already has enough flavour.
A few piece of imitation shrimp crackers are also provided. The chicken was crispy on the outside with the skin. It was tender on the inside. This was a pretty good dish.

The 列治文山龍粥記 Mr. Congee Chinese Cuisine Restaurant Garoupa Fish Tofu Hot Pot price is $18.50. There’s some deep fried garoupa fish and deep fried tofu. Maggie sauce is then poured over these deep-fried items. There’s some baby bok choy, peppers and onions in this dish too. The price for this dish is a little expensive. But overall, it still taste fine.

The 列治文山龍粥記 Mr. Congee Chinese Cuisine Restaurant Green Mung Bean Dessert Soup is complimentary with our dinner meal. The dessert is served hot and is sweet. This taste not bad.
Overall, the dinner dishes are alright. The crispy chicken was probably the best. The congee and beef brisket tossed noodle is something you probably don’t want to order as they’re the best.
