This is the Chef 88 Elite Fine Dining 百樂軒海鮮酒家 dim sum lunch and brunch menu. They have various dim sum available to order.
In addition to the regular dim sum individual items that you can order, they also have dim sum combos. These ones give you a deal.
If you go there before 11am Monday to Friday, you can get a claypot rice for $6.88. The early bird special varieties include pork ribs and taro claypot rice, preserved meat claypot rice or chicken and mushroom claypot rice.
In addition, they also have 15% off dim sum if you order and leave your table before 11am Monday to Friday as well. Valid for their dim sum items only.

We went for Early Bird Dim Sum on a weekday so we were able to order the Chef 88 Elite Fine Dining 百樂軒海鮮酒家 Restaurant Steamed Pork Ribs & Taro Claypot Rice. The early bird special price is $6.88. The soy sauce is served separately on a nice little mini pot. There’s quite a bit of spareribs and also a lot of rice. The spareribs taste good and the rice was not bad too.
Chef 88 Elite Fine Dining 百樂軒海鮮酒家 Restaurant Steamed Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai Shao Mai Dumpling Dim Sum Review (Price: $6.68)
The Chef 88 Elite Fine Dining 百樂軒海鮮酒家 Restaurant Steamed Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai Shao Mai Dumpling Dim Sum price is $6.68. There are four pieces in a serving and its inside a square bamboo container. The shape of the container is different than the traditional bamboo circle baskets. The dumplings had some shrimp and pork inside. There’s some tobiko on top too. These taste not bad.

The Chef 88 Elite Fine Dining 百樂軒海鮮酒家 Restaurant Deep Fried Seaweed Shrimp Spring Roll Dim Sum price is $6.68. There are four pieces of spring roll and they are essentially shrimp wrapped with seaweed. You dip it in the mayo sauce provided. These were a little different than the traditional spring rolls as it had seaweed. They taste pretty good and are crispy.

The Chef 88 Elite Fine Dining 百樂軒海鮮酒家 Restaurant Rice Flour Roll with Chinese Donut Dim Sum price is $5.68. The Chinese donut easy was really fresh as it was still hot and crispy. A lot of places don’t give you fresh Chinese donut and its usually cold when they wrap it with rice flour. The rice flour was also very thin and taste great. It comes with soy sauce, peanut sauce and hoisin sauce too.
Chef 88 Elite Fine Dining 百樂軒海鮮酒家 Restaurant Steamed Mushroom & Zucchini Squash Dumplings Dim Sum Review (Price: $5.68)
The Chef 88 Elite Fine Dining 百樂軒海鮮酒家 Restaurant Steamed Mushroom & Zucchini Squash Dumplings Dim Sum price is $5.68. There are three pieces and it contains mushrooms and zucchini squash. It is usually a little rare to have zucchini inside a dumpling so this was pretty cool. This is a healthy item as its vegetarian.
We got an extra 15% off all the regular priced dim sum items as we went there for Early Bird Special (Monday to Fridays before 11am). The prices shown above are regular price before discount. There is also a tea/water charge of $2/person for dine-in customers. Overall, its not bad if you go there for Early Bird as the discount is quite nice. The seating environment is not bad either.
