I received some mailer coupons and Diary Queen fast food restaurant was one of them. It should be noted that there are some Diary Queens that serve only cold treats like ice cream. They are usually in malls and are with Orange Julius as well.
The standalone Diary Queens usually have grill items like burgers and fries as well in addition to the cold treats. I went to a Diary Queen that has both burgers and cold treats.
I decided to try potato skins as they don’t usually have this at fast food restaurants. With the coupon, it is $1.99. Normally, it is priced at $3.59. Below is the packaging. Its in a hot dog container box.
Inside, you get one potato that has been cut in half.
The ingredients include bacon bits, cheddar cheese and sour cream. Parts of the potato has been taken out in order to fill the ingredients inside.
Overall, the potato taste alright. It was a bit salty though. Its a snack and won’t fill you up. You probably need three of these to be full.
