The Kingspark Steakhouse HK Hong Kong Cafe Baked Pork Chop & Chicken Steak Tomato Sauce Rice features a pork chop patty and a chicken thigh filet. It is placed on top of a bed of fried rice with eggs. On the top, tomato sauce is put on top along with shredded cheese. It is then baked to perfection. This was a solid dish. However, chicken doesn’t go really well with this dish. I would prefer to stick with just pork chop in the future. Price is $14.25 and it comes with a hot drink. For cold drink, you can substitute it for an additional $1.
