Shio Japanese Kitchen has some pretty cool and delicious combo deals. The price is reasonable too considering the variety and types of food you get.

Shio Japanese Kitchen Crispy Salmon Appetizer Review (Price: $6.95)

We first started off with the Shio Japanese Kitchen Crispy Salmon Appetizer. These were deep fried and then some mayo sauce and dried parsley flakes are put on top. The batter was really crispy and the salmon taste great. There’s also a little bit of shredded carrots and cucumbers too. Price for this dish is $6.95.

Shio Japanese Kitchen Unagi Don BBQ Eel Review (Price: $19.95)

The Shio Japanese Kitchen Unagi Don BBQ Eel contains a filet piece of Unagi BBQ Eel. It was slightly charred as well. There’s also a lot of rice. A few cucumber or ginger slices are on the rice too. The unagi taste not bad. However, this dish is a little expensive. Price is $19.95.

Shio Japanese Kitchen Miso Soup Review (Price: Free with Combo Deal)

Each of the combo meals also come with a complimentary miso soup. The combo meals are listed below. The miso soup has some mini tofu slices. This taste not bad. It was served hot.

Shio Japanese Kitchen Sushi Roll Combo Review (Price: $17.95)

The Shio Japanese Kitchen Sushi Roll Combo comes with three different sushi rolls including Aburi California, Salmon Avocado & Dynamite roll. My favourite would probably be the Aburi California roll. The dynamite rolls and salmon and avocado roll are not bad too. Price for this is $17.95 and it includes a free miso soup too.

Shio Japanese Kitchen Katsu Combo Meal Review (Price: $18.95)

Shio Japanese Kitchen Katsu Combo Meal includes Donkatsu, Egg Bomb, Cheese Katsu and Salad. Both the Donkatsu and Cheese Katsu has a really crunchy texture breading on the outside. The pork was not bad too. I enjoyed the cheese katsu. The egg bomb was pretty cool too with similar breading as the Donkatsu and cheese Katsu.

There was a salad with some Thousand Island dressing and it was alright. Sauces included for the dipping include sweet condensed milk and a gravy like sauce. There is also some rice too. This dish comes with a complimentary miso soup as well. Price for the Shio Japanese Kitchen Katsu Combo is $18.95.

Shio Japanese Kitchen Udon Soup Noodles Combo Review (Price: $18.95)

The Shio Japanese Kitchen Udon Soup Noodles Combo has Chicken Karaage, Gommae Spinach Salad and Spicy Salmon Oshi. This is a really good deal as it has the spicy salmon Oshi. Oshi are usually pretty expensive. They are pressed sushi and these taste really good with the salmon and spicy sauce. The chicken Karaage were not bad too and it included some mayo. A lemon wedge is included so that you can squeeze some lemon juice on the chicken.

The Udon Noodles taste not bad with the soup broth. However, there’s nothing in there really except just noodles. This combo deal also comes with a free complimentary miso soup too. Price for the Shio Japanese Kitchen Udon Soup Noodles Combo is $18.95.

Overall, great delicious meals at Shio Japanese. The combo deals are pretty good value.
