Teppan Kitchen is a fast food restaurant that is usually located in the mall food courts. They currently have two locations including one at Aberdeen Mall in Richmond and another location at Harbour Centre in Downtown Vancouver. This is the storefront of the Teppan Kitchen food court storefront at the Richmond Aberdeen Mall. 
This is their menu for their popular Teppan Iron Steel Plate dishes. The plates are really hot as they are heated up to a high temperature to cook the food.
Teppan Kitchen Grade A Beef Teppan Rice & Miso Soup Review (Price: $12)
The Teppan Kitchen Grade A Beef Teppan Rice is priced at $12. It contains semi cooked beef, cooked rice, corn kernels and green onions. It is served on a gravy like sauce.
They usually partially cook your food first before putting it on the iron plate. As such, some menu items food are only partially cooked (i.e the Grade A Beef Teppan Rice) so you need to move your food around to cook it.
Its good to mix everything together after your beef is cooked. The food was quite tasty and well flavoured. However, there is lots of oil on it to prevent the food from sticking to the Teppan iron plate.
If you are dining in at the food court, you have to return the iron plate back to the Teppan Kitchen.
The Teppan Kitchen Grade A Beef Teppan Rice also came with a complimentary miso soup. This was alright.
For an extra $1.50, you can also get a drink like cold HK style milk tea or cold lemon tea.
Overall, it was an ok meal. Teppan Kitchen is located at 4151 Hazelbridge Way, Richmond, BC, V6X 4J7, Canada. It is at the Aberdeen Mall Food Court area.
