Thai Express Pad Thai Noodles – Chicken Price & Review (Price: $12.18)
The packaging for takeout is pretty neat. They put your stir-fry rice and noodles in a nice box. The napkin is pretty cute too with printed spoons and forks on it.
I got the Thai Express Pad Thai Noodles. You can choose various options including vegetable, tofu, chicken, beef, shrimp or fish. Depending on your protein option, the price can vary. I got the chicken version and its priced at $12.18 plus tax.
The Thai Express Pad Thai Noodles are thin rice noodles that is stir-fried. Ingredients include sweet and sour sauce, bean sprouts, green onion, egg, salted radish, tofu and your protein choice (chicken in this case). There’s also some peanuts and lime juice that you get on the side. However, I didn’t get any as I think the noodles taste great by itself already.
One thing I noticed is that some of the black ink on the box came off. I guess the hot noodles that they freshly stir-fried is piping hot. As such, it melted some of the ink. You can see it on the flaps. Hopefully, none of it got onto my food.
Other that the ink issue, I think the food was really tasty and had a lot of rich flavours. The flavours were just right and was a satisfying comfort food meal.
