The 利源冰店 Icy Bar Mango Pomelo Sago Icy Dessert contains shaved iced with sago, coconut milk and mango syrup. At the top, there’s chia seeds and small pieces of pomelo, mango and coconut jelly. It is served with a straw and spoon. I prefer to eat it with the spoon as if you use a straw, sometimes, the end of the drink becomes just ice with no flavour. The 利源冰店 Icy Bar Mango Mochi Icy Dessert contains shaved ice that is topped with chunks of mangoes and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. There’s sweet condensed milk that you can put on top of this dessert. The mangoes were quite sweet which was really nice. I believe they use fresh mangoes and are not the frozen mango fruits.
