When you spend $50-$100 in dim sum, you can also get a free dim sum item as well. If you spend over $100, you can get a free soy sauce chicken or sand ginger chicken.

On the 時代文華海鮮酒家 New Mandarin Seafood Restaurant dim sum menu, there’s a section for seasonal special as well as afternoon dim sum deals. Basically, if you spend $20 or more, you can get 8 items at a really good price. These include dim sum, stir fried rice and noodles and congee. Valid Monday to Saturday only excluding holidays and weekends. Valid only after 1:30pm and is valid only on the items that they have listed. The three courses for the crab is basically steamed crab legs with garlic. The second course is crab body with ginger and spring onion with your choice of salted or spicy supreme soy sauce. The last course is crab fried rice.

Another more family friendly dinner would be the the 時代文華海鮮酒家 New Mandarin Seafood Restaurant dinner special combos. They are priced a lot better than the Russian King Crab combos. You get to choose three dinner dishes and the main course (lobster, crab, ling cod, Peking Duck and lots more).

The 時代文華海鮮酒家 New Mandarin Seafood Restaurant Steamed Quail Eggs Shao Mai Siu Mai Pork Dumpling contains three pieces. The skin is green as they used spinach juice to make it. There’s also some truffle at the top of the dumpling. The dumpling is basically pork.

The 時代文華海鮮酒家 New Mandarin Seafood Restaurant Steamed Deep Fried Fish Paste Red Rice Roll is served with peanut sauce and hoisin sauce. They also put soy sauce on the rice roll as well so that it has flavour. There are 8 pieces in this serving and price is $10.98. Dim sum classification is top.

On each piece of the rice roll, there’s a piece of green onion for decoration. The rice roll wraps around deep fried fish paste in bean curd. The steamed soft rice roll is made of red rice which make the color red instead of the usual white colour. These were really tasty and delicious.

Overall, a really nice and enjoyable dim sum lunch meal. The restaurant interior is pretty good with a gigantic television screen. The lights are pretty nice too. Its definitely premium dim sum at premium prices. Though, you do get 12% off and free tea charge Monday to Saturdays (excluding holidays and Sundays).
