麗晶酒家 Grand Crystal Seafood Restaurant Salmon with Fish Paste Wraps Dim Sum is probably a unique item here. It was a large piece that was then cut up into 6 smaller pieces. On the inside, there’s salmon and shrimp. On the outside, it is made with crunchy vermicelli noodles. They also put some mayo at the top to make it not as dry when your eating it. This was a pretty cool item that I don’t see often. It was a large serving and taste not bad. Price for 麗晶酒家 Grand Crystal Seafood Restaurant Salmon with Fish Paste Wraps Dim Sum is $8.95.
Overall, the dim sum at Grand Crystal Seafood Restaurant was decent. It was not expensive but it isn’t cheap either. Quality was not bad. You may be able to get a 10% dim sum discount if you ask the staff. They used to have VIP cards during grand opening where you can get 10% off. If you don’t have it, you can try asking to see if they give you a discount.
