Cactus Club Cafe serves various Western entrees, dishes and appetizers. They are known as an upper tier restaurant. Though, they do have Happy Hour food items which make a lot of the prices a lot more reasonable. Happy Hour is every day from 2-5pm –5pm and Sunday to Thursday 9:30pm to closing. We went there on a weekday during the afternoon to enjoy some of their Happy Hour items. Check out our Cactus Club Cafe North Burnaby review below.

Cactus Club Cafe Hot Water & Cold Water with Lemons Review (Price: Free)
For drinks, we asked for hot and cold water with lemons. They didn’t charge us extra which was nice of them.
Cactus Club Cafe Happy Hour Truffle Fries Review (Price: $6.25)
For appetizers, we got the Happy Hour Truffle Fries. It has truffle, herbs and grana padano. It is served with garlic aioli sauce. These fries taste really good and the grana padano cheese, herbs and truffle make them really flavourful. The fries were hot and crispy. Price is $6.25.
Cactus Club Cafe Happy Hour Pesto Chicken Quesadilla Review (Price: $9.25)
Next up, we got the Cactus Club Cafe Happy Hour Pesto Chicken Quesadilla. The quesadilla contains cablended cheeses, basil pesto and sundried cranberries. It is served with honey-lime dip. There are also some tortilla chips as well. The quesadilla taste really good with the ingredients along with the melted cheese. At $9.25, this was a pretty good deal.
Cactus Club Cafe Happy Hour Steak Frites Entree Review (Price: $21.75)
The last item we got was the Cactus Club Cafe Happy Hour Steak Frites Entree. It comes with 8oz certified angus beef sirloin, caesar salad and sea salted fries. It is served with horseradish cream and ketchup. We asked for medium cooking style for the sirloin meat. It was seared nicely on the outside and had some nice seasoning on the outside. The meat was tender. The caesar salad taste pretty nice with the croutons and cheese. You get a piece of lemon so that you can put the juices on the salad. The fries taste crispy too. But I still prefer truffle fries over regular fries. Price for this was $21.75.
Overall, a nice meal at a very nice dining atmosphere. Great for date nights. Happy hour prices make it a lot more affordable. This Cactus Club Cafe North Burnaby location is located at 4219 B Lougheed Hwy., Burnaby, BC, V6C 0A8, Canada. It is very close to the Brentwood Town Centre Mall area.
