Copa Cafe is a Hong Kong style Chinese restaurant. They have two locations in Greater Vancouver. I ordered the Copa Cafe Baked Seafood Rice with Lobster Sauce. It comes with a free hot drink but I upgraded mines to be a cold drink. Usually, there’s a $1 extra charge for cold drink. However, there’s currently a June 2021 VIP promo where you get cold drinks upgrade for free. The baked seafood rice contains various seafood on top (mussel, shrimp, imitation crab meat, fish filet). Below is it fried rice. It is then baked to perfection. Taste was not bad. I got the cold lemon tea which was perfect for a hot summer day.
