The Deer Garden Signatures House Special Baked Three Sauce Rice includes creamy seafood on one side, tomato deep fried pork chop on the other side and pesto mushroom in the middle. Underneath, there is fried rice. All of this is then baked to perfection. The seafood contains shrimp, fish filet and imitation crab meat. This was a nice dish as you get to try out several different flavours in one single dish. It was quite tasty. Price is $16.

Deer Garden Signatures Chaochou Dried Fish & Minced Pork Fish Soup Noodles Review (Price: $13.50)

There are several noodle soups that you can customized. Price is $13.50. We choose the Chaochou dried fish and minced pork soup base. You get to choose two toppings as well. We choose fish puff and sliced beef. The noodle that we choose was flat rice noodle. Other included toppings include green onion, cilantro, veggies, mushrooms and bean curd. The serving size can definitely fill one person up quite a bit. The soup had a nice fish flavour. It was a hearty noodle soup.

With the purchase of the Deer Garden Fish Noodle Soup, we were able to add up to two side orders. Each side order cost $3.75. We got one side order and that’s the Deer Garden Signatures Deep Fried Desert Chicken Wings with Ginger. Its a mini portion and comes with three chicken wings. The wings were crispy and delicious.

Both the Baked Three Sauce Rice and Fish Noodle Soup comes with a complimentary hot drink. For an extra $1, you can upgrade to a standard cold drink. For an extra $2, you can upgrade to a specialty cold drink. We got to hot Horlick and a cold specialty red bean ice drink. The Horlick is just like how it taste when you buy it at the supermarket. The red bean ice drink had lots of red bean. I believe the drink itself is coconut milk with sugar. There was also some ice in it as well. It was nice treat.
