I got takeout at Deer Garden Signatures Restaurant by Alexandra Road. They are a chain of restaurants and are famous for their fish noodle soups. The restaurant also has chains in Ontario as well but the menus are slightly different. I like their Asian & Western fusion menu items.
Baked Almond Fish Filet on Rice with Pesto Sauce ($15 + $1 for Cold Lemon Tea)
I ordered the Baked Almond Fish Filet on Rice with Pesto Sauce. It comes with a free hot drink, but I decided to go for a cold drink instead so I had to add an extra $1. I got the Cold Lemon Tea without ice and half sugar.
This entree baked dish contains fish filet, mushrooms, almonds, cheese, cream sauce and pesto sauce on a bed of fried rice with egg. It taste pretty good and you can tell that they definitely baked it cause its in an aluminum takeout container. The dish was really creamy and there was a lot of fish.
