It features black pepper sauce with stir-fried udon noodles. There’s some bean sprouts, beef and peppers as well. This was a really tasty dish. There wasn’t too much beef though.

The Grand Crystal Seafood Restaurant Dim Sum Homemade Style Deep Fried Tofu with Shrimp Paste contains three pieces. It is then cut into half pieces so that you can share it with multiple people. Its served with this special black bean sauce. The deep fried tofu with shrimp paste was crispy out the outside and soft on the inside. This taste alright. Price is $7.50.
Grand Crystal Seafood Restaurant Dim Sum Lunch Receipt & Price
The total bill came out to $31.06 after tax but before tips. From Monday to Friday all day, there is 10% off on dim sum items as well as free tea. Excludes lunch specials, chef’s specials and other items. Tea is usually $1.2 so its nice that its free. The lunch special pepper sauce beef udon did not get the 10% off. We couldn’t finish the Teochew Dumplings so we asked for a takeout container. They charged us $0.25 for it.
