Happy Lamb Hot Pot was previously known as Mongolian Little Sheep Hot Pot. They have recently rebranded to the new Happy Lamb Hot Pot name. The menu, prices and food all seem to be quite similar with some minor adjustments. They are popular for their all you can eat hot pot menu. My friend and I went there for lunch. However, we couldn’t eat that much so decided to order something from the lunch menu instead of doing all you can eat. All you can eat I believe is $28.99 per adult and you also have to pay for a $9.99-$11.99 soup base (soup base can be shared with others). Happy Lamb Hot Pot Lunch Special & A La Carte Menu November 2021
Below is the Happy Lamb Hot Pot Lunch Menu. They have various appetizers, snacks and individual mini hot pot combos. They are perfect for lunch and if you are not hoping to stuff yourself with all you can eat. I believe the lunch menu is only available from open to 3pm.
They also have a la carte (individual order) menu for hot pot items as well. All the hot pot dishes are charged separately. This menu is available during lunch and dinner.
This is the other side of the a la carte menu.
Happy Lamb Hot Pot Sauces & Condiments Review
Happy Lamb Hot Pot has a condiments and sauce station where you can get your own sauces. It is complimentary and free. Some places charge extra but Happy Lamb Hot Pot does not charge extra for this. There’s stuff like green onions, cilantro, garlic, chili oil, soy sauce, peanut sauce, satay sauce, vinegar and more. You can mix and match them however you like. For me, I got satay sauce and also a sauce with chili oil, garlic, cilantro, green onions and soy sauce.
Happy Lamb Chinese Hot Pot Mutton Lamb Skewer & Beef Skewer Review (Price: $1.5 per skewer)
The Happy Lamb Chinese Hot Pot Mutton Lamb Skewer and Beef Skewer taste pretty good. There’s some cumin powder seasoning on them and are grilled nicely. Price is $1.5 per skewer which is reasonable.

We also got free plum juice as this is included with the individual lunch special hot pot mini combo purchase. This is a refreshing cold drink for hot pot meals.
Happy Lamb Chinese Hot Pot House Special Original Broth Soup (Price: Free with Individual Lunch Special Hot Pot Mini Combo Purchase)
The two lunch special hot pot mini combos comes with a complimentary house special original broth soup that you put your raw ingredients in. Normally, this cost $9.99 for all you can eat.
Here is a portion of the “Meat Eater” Hot Pot Combo after being cooked in the hot pot soup. I put the custom sauce that I made (chili oil, garlic, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce) and mixed it with the noodles and ingredients. This taste really good.
Overall, a pretty nice and delicious meal. The ingredients tasted really fresh. Pricing is reasonable for lunch too. We asked for some coupons and they gave us $5 off coupons that are good for the next meal visit (on purchases over $20; max 1 coupon per person).
