HouCaiLei Oriental Tea House 侯彩擂 is a Bubble Tea drink shop. They have two locations with one in Burnaby and one in Richmond. However, the two locations appear to serve different drinks.
I noticed this bubble tea shop from the Chinese Fantuan Coupon App. They had a selection of Bubble Tea Drinks at $2.99 on the app (reg.$6.4-$6.5 each). Pretty good price for freshly made Bubble Tea. HouCaiLei Oriental Tea House 侯彩擂 Grape Peach Oolong Fruit Tea Drink Review & Price (Price: $6.40)
The HouCaiLei Oriental Tea House 侯彩擂 Grape Peach Oolong Fruit Tea contains two chunks of watermelon and a piece of orange slice. The tea inside had grape and peach flavour that is mixed with Oolong Tea.
This was a cold drink and the regular price for this is $6.40. I requested mines to have 70% sugar and no ice. Pretty tasty drink!
HouCaiLei Oriental Tea House 侯彩擂 Mango Yogurt Drink Review (Price: $6.50)
The second drink that I got was the HouCaiLei Oriental Tea House 侯彩擂 Mango Yogurt Drink. I don’t think they actually put any mango pieces inside. However, there was several chunks of mango pudding in the drink. The yogurt drink was quite flavourful and the yogurt was a bit more diluted so that you can drink from it. I requested mines to have no ice in it.
The bubble tea drink was quite colorful and looks quite appealing. Price for this drink is normally $6.50.
Overall, the drinks were not bad. They were smaller than the average 700-750ml cups but the 350-400ml size ones are just enough for one person. HouCaiLei Oriental Tea House 侯彩擂 Richmond is located at 128-8571 Alexandra Rd, Richmond, BC, V6X 1C3, Canada. It is at the Winstone Plaza and there is parking available. However, parking could be limited on peak hours as there’s not too many parking spots available.
