This is the Joyful Seafood Restaurant (聚福海鮮酒家) dim sum lunch menu. On the front, it has steamed, fried, baked, rice rolls and dessert items.
On the back, they have kitchen specialties, congee and fried rice and noodles. These items are usually more expensive than the first page items. However, the portions are larger.

We started off with the Joyful Seafood Restaurant (聚福海鮮酒家) Deep Fried Shrimp Spring Rolls with Cheese & Garlic dim sum. Its basically two large spring rolls that has been cut in half diagonally. It is served with a tangy sauce. Price for this is $7.98. The spring rolls had a lot of shrimp but it was difficult to taste the cheese. There probably wasn’t a lot of cheese in it.

The second item that arrived was the Joyful Seafood Restaurant (聚福海鮮酒家) Pan Fried Bean Curd with Prawn & Pea Leaves dim sum. Price for this was $8.28. There were three bean curd wraps that are cut into half pieces. There was a lot of shrimp inside these and the pea leaves taste great as well. It is served with a tangy sauce. This was a nice crunchy dim sum.

The Joyful Seafood Restaurant (聚福海鮮酒家) Sticky Rice Lotus Leaf Wraps with Dried Scallop & Pork Dim Sum contains three pieces. Its basically sticky rice that’s wrapped in lotus leaf wraps.
This is what the inside looks like. There’s minced pork, dried scallops and a small piece of Chinese sausage and salted egg yolk. Price for this was $8.28 and this dish can definitely fill you up. The taste for this was not bad.

The Joyful Seafood Restaurant (聚福海鮮酒家) Steamed Mixed Meat Dumplings with Peanut Dim Sum contains four pieces. The skin for this was rather sticky when it was piping hot. However, it got a bit better as the dim sum got cooler. There’s minced pork, chives and peanuts in this dumpling. They taste alright. Price for this is $7.68.

The Joyful Seafood Restaurant (聚福海鮮酒家) Steamed Pork Shui Mai (Shao Mai) Dumplings Dim Sum contains four pieces. Price for this is $8.28. There was a lot of shrimp inside these that it almost felt like eating shrimp dumpling. There’s only a little bit of pork inside these. There’s also some tobiko at the top too. These Steamed Shui Mai dumplings were pretty good but its more heavy on the shrimp side.
Overall, dim sum was not bad and we got 15% off as we ordered and got the bill before 11am on a weekday.
