March 27, 2023 Update: The new KFC Tuesday Special Canada 2023 price is now $3.99 plus tax. For an extra chicken drumstick or thigh, you will be paying an extra $1.69. Note that some locations may charge a slightly small difference in price.
Its Tuesday and Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) has their popular Tuesday Specials where you can get one piece of deep fried chicken drumstick, one piece of deep fried chicken thigh and small individual fries for $3.69. You can also add a piece of your choice of chicken drumstick or thigh for an extra $1.49 each. Many years ago, the Tuesday Special was called the Tonnie Special where it was $2. But with inflation, prices have went up. However, for $3.69, this is a really good deal still.
Some locations allow you to change the small individual fries for a individual small salad without extra charge. However, some locations may charge you anywhere from $0.5-$1.5 extra for swapping the fries for the salad. For the salad, you can choose from potato salad, macaroni salad or coleslaw.

The deep fried chicken contains many spices and is quite flavorful but it is not too crispy. KFC Original Recipe has 11 different kinds of herbs and spices. They are hand breaded before being deep fried.
With the KFC Tuesday Special, it makes a good snack or a light meal with just two pieces of chicken with fries. With 3 pieces, it’s a good lunch meal.
