It contains three deep fried bean curd rolls that are cut into half pieces. On the inside, there’s shrimp and pea tips. It is served with a vinegar tangy flavour sauce. This dim sum item was delicious as the bean curd was crispy while the shrimp and pea tips taste pretty fresh.

Though, with that said, the other steamed rice roll dim sum items are not cheap at Lee Garden too. Its best not to order their rice rolls if you are looking for better price value.
These Lee Garden Seafood Restaurant Steamed BBQ Pork Scraped Rice Roll contains multiple scraped rice rolls. There’s BBQ pork and cilantro throughout the rolls. They are not wrapped like the traditional rice rolls. It is served with some sweet soy sauce. These taste not bad.

These contains a braised BBQ sauce that is marinated with the duck feet. There’s about five pieces of duck feet inside as well as a few taro pieces underneath. There’s some small tiny pieces of bell peppers on top too for decoration. The duck feet skin was tender and braised well with good flavours.

The Lee Garden Seafood Restaurant Chiu Chow Dumplings or Chao Zhou Dumplings Dim Sum is priced at $8.98 with medium dim sum classification. There are four steamed dumplings. Inside, there’s minced pork, dried shrimp, peanuts, radish and various other vegetables. The flavouring for the ingredients are on point and taste awesome. The skin was a little thick though.
Overall, Lee Garden Seafood Restaurant is a solid choice for dim sum. Be prepared to wait during lunch hours on the weekends and holidays though.
