The other side of the Marble House Eatery Chinese Restaurant menu has fried rice and noodles, vegetables and claypot rice.
At the front of their store, they have a selection of takeout lunch box specials. They are mainly Chinese BBQ style rice but they do have other things too. Not a bad price for takeout!

The dining environment at Marble House Eatery was pretty nice. The plates for napkins was a nice touch. In addition, the teapot that contains tea was very nice.
Marble House Eatery Chinese Lunch Stewed Beef Offal Review (Price: $9.99)
Marble House Eatery Chinese Lunch Stewed Beef Offal contains various beef elements. These include beef brisket and beef tendons. However, it appears they only had two beef ingredients here. Usually, this dish should have beef tripe too but it seems like they forgot about it. In addition, when this dish came out, it was still partially cold and some of the tendons was still hard. Overall, this dish was a bit disappointing.
We later saw at the front counter that they had a large plate of these beef tendons and briskets all cooked already. Basically, they just microwave it for you. I assume they do the same thing for the takeout beef brisket rice too.
Marble House Eatery Chinese Steamed Chive & Shrimp Dumpling Review (Price: $8.99)
The Marble House Eatery Chinese Steamed Chive & Shrimp Dumpling skin was a bit too soft. The shrimp and chive filling taste alright, but there was nothing too special about it. As such, the price at $8.99 was quite expensive for only 3 dumplings.
Marble House Eatery Chinese Lunch Pan Fried Vermicelli with Beef & Bitter Melon Review (Price: $12.99)
The Marble House Eatery Chinese Lunch Pan Fried Vermicelli with Beef & Bitter Melon is the winning dish for the meal today. It contains pan fried vermicelli that is still slightly crispy. On top of it, bitter melon and beef is put on top. The sauce with the bitter melon and beef tasted pretty good. Pricewise, it was very reasonably priced at $12.99.
Overall, it was an ok meal. The Shrimp and Chive Dumpling dim sum was only ok. The Stewed Beef Offal was pretty bad as it was partially cold. However, the Pan Fried Vermicelli with Beef & Bitter Melon was pretty good. I think this restaurant is probably better at fried rice and noodles.
