Marutama serves various Ramen Noodle Soups. They are a Japanese chain restaurant with several locations in Greater Vancouver as well. Every time we passed by the Metrotown location during lunch and dinner hours, there are always huge lineups. Marutama Ra-men Metrotown Lunch & Dinner Menu with Price 2021
Here is the Marutama Metrotown ramen and sides menu along with the prices as of November 17, 2021.
They give you some seasonings that you can put on your ramen soup noodles. These include chili, dried garlic and sesame seeds.
Marutama Ra-men Cha-Shu Tamago Ramen Soup Noodles Review (Price: $16 + $2 for Extra Tamago Egg)
The Marutama Ramen Cha-Shu Tamago Ramen Soup Noodles comes with four large pieces of Cha-Shu pork slices. It also has one Tamago boiled egg. We requested to add an extra Tamago egg for an additional $2. The egg inside was yolky. There’s also some seaweed and green onions. The soup was very rich and flavourful. I believe they probably used lots of pork bones to make this nice soup. The noodles were not bad too.
Note that the pork and egg is a bit cold. I believe these are already pre-made and they just add some hot soup over it.
Marutama Extra Ramen Noodles Kae-dama Review (Price: $1.75)
We normally can’t finish all the soup for the Ramen noodles. As such, we got an extra serving of ramen (Kae-dama) for an extra $1.75. You can just put the noodles into the soup.
Marutama Gyoza Pan Fried Pork Dumplings Review (Price: $6)
We also tried the Marutama Gyoza Pan Fried Pork Dumplings. Price is $6 and it includes 5 pork dumplings. The sauce and dumplings taste ok and is nothing too special.
