The Boss Restaurant HK Pan Fried Shrimp Paste Rice Noodle taste just like the regular pan fried beef rice noodles. Though, it does have an extra flavouring and that’s because it has shrimp paste too. This was a nice addition to the noodles. There’s also bean sprouts which adds a crunchy texture. Price is $15.25.

The Boss Restaurant HK Yang Chow BBQ Pork and Shrimp Fried Rice comes with shrimp, BBQ pork, snow peas, green onions and eggs. This rice dish was not bad as it wasn’t too salty. Price is $15.25.
The Boss Restaurant Hot HK Milk Tea Review (Complimentary Hot Drink – Free with meal purchase)
We got two hot milk teas which came with our two entree rice and noodle dish. Pretty standard Hong Kong style milk tea.
The Boss Restaurant HK Russian Broth Tomato Soup Review (Price: $1.75)
With the meal purchase, you can also add an extra $1.75 to get the Russian Broth Tomato Soup and a small bun/toast. Not a bad price. The soup has various vegetables and a nice tomato flavour.
Overall, the meal was not bad. The Boss Restaurant is located inside the Metrotown Mall at 4700 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC, V5H 4M5, Canada. It is near the lower level of the Wal-Mart mall entrance.
