A&W currently has a limited time promotion where you can get a free Teen Burger with the purchase of a $25 A&W Gift Card. Available in the restaurant. I bought a $25 A&W Gift Card and then used the gift card to purchase a Buddy Burger as well for lunch.
The Teen Burger is priced at $6.99 at 500 calories while the Buddy Burger is priced at $2.19 at 310 calories. The Teen Burger contains a larger beef patty, cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, onions, tomato, pickles and Teen sauce. The Buddy Burger contains a smaller beef patty, grilled onions, ketchup, mustard and Teen Sauce.
For the picture below, the left packaging wrapper is for the Teen Burger while the right packaging wrapper is for the Buddy Burger.

Here are the actual burgers. They put a lot of lettuce on the Teen Burger which is pretty nice of them.
Overall, this was not a bad lunch considering the Teen Burger is free. The Teen Burger is similar to the Whopper Sandwich at Burger King but with bacon on it as well. The buddy burger taste good with the grilled onions. Both of them have a charred grill flavour for the patties. Napkins were also provided in the bag which was nice.
