Boiling Point (沸點) serves various Taiwanese Hot Pot Soups. They are served in individual pots for each person. Going there during lunch time is a better deal as the hot pot soups are $1 cheaper and you also get a free iced green or black tea for free too. Dinner time is $1 more expensive for the hot pot soups and you also don’t get a free iced green or black tea. For the hot pot soups, you can choose your choice of a complimentary side white rice or vermicelli. In addition, you can choose the various spice levels for the hot pot from none to flaming hot. Boiling Point has several dipping sauces available that you can use for your individual mini wok hot pot. They have garlic bean paste, garlic soy sauce, garlic chili sauce and bean curd paste.
Boiling Point Seafood & Tofu Hot Pot Review (Price: $15.85)
When the Boiling Point Seafood & Tofu Hot Pot came out, it looked like it was all just uncooked vegetables. They light up the bottom of the pot so you can cook the vegetables.
I moved some of the items below to the top and this looks like it now has a lot more variety of food. The Boiling Point Seafood & Tofu Hot Pot comes with Taiwanese Bok Choy, shrimp, sliced pork, enoki mushroom, iced tofu, baby octopus, clam, cuttlefish ring, fish fillet, vermicelli, roe fish ball, egg and green onion.
I used some garlic bean paste and garlic soy sauce as dipping sauces for my hot pot food. It was very delicious.
Boiling Point Iced Green Tea Review (Price: Free with Hot Pot Soup Purchase – Lunch Time only)
The Boiling Point Iced Green Tea was nothing exciting. Its just Iced Green Tea that is sweet. You can adjust the sugar level as either no sugar or with sugar. You can also adjust the ice level with no ice, less ice or with ice.
