There are many sauces and condiments that you can choose from. These include cilantro, green onions, mashed garlic, Lao Gan Ma chili sauce, sesame paste and more.
Here are more sauces and condiments you can get. There’s also some fruits like canned peaches.
Other sauce and condiment selections include pork floss, satay sauce and more. There’s also some other fruits like cherry tomatoes, oranges and honeydew melons.
For myself, I got satay sauce mixed with green onions, cilantro, garlic and seafood sauce. I also got another one with mushroom paste mixed with green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds, garlic and sesame oil.
Complimentary hot tea is included for dining in.

We got two cans of Coca-Cola Coke for drinks too. They were served cold and we got straws for them too.

Liuyishou Hot Pot 刘一手火锅 Liu’s Beef & Lamb Platter Review & Price (Price: $22.95; VIP Price: $20.95)
Both the Liuyishou Hot Pot 刘一手火锅 soup base and Liuyishou Hot Pot 刘一手火锅 Liu’s Beef & Lamb Platter came together.
We choose the two flavour soup base so we can try two different types of soups. We got Liu’s House Special Spicy Soup Base – Premium Beef Tallow and Pork Bone Soup Base with Chinese Herbs. Price for this is $19.95.
We also got the Liu’s Beef & Lamb Platter for $22.95. It contains marbled beef and lamb. The meat is place nicely in 360 degree style. Though, I think your meats can go bad pretty quickly like this if its placed so close to the hot soup that’s cooking. However, it should be of no concern if you finish eating it quickly.
I found the spicy beef soup to be a little too spicy. The pork bone soup was alright. The beef and lamb were very fresh and tasted really good after cooking it in the hot pot soup. You can usually finish cooking each piece of these meats within 30 seconds.

Next came the Liuyishou Hot Pot 刘一手火锅 Luncheon Pork Meat Slices. These are just cut up from the Holiday Luncheon brand pork meats from the canned foods. It taste alright after cooking the meat in the soup.
Liuyishou Hot Pot 刘一手火锅 Hand Made Noodles Review (Price: $3.95; VIP Price: $3.95)
For carbs, we got the Liuyishou Hot Pot 刘一手火锅 Hand Made Noodles. Price is $3.95.
These noodles taste pretty good after cooking in the soup and then mixing it with some of your favourite sauces, green onion and cilantro.
Liuyishou Hot Pot 刘一手火锅 Vegetable Platter Review (Price: $12.95; VIP Price: $11.95)
Liuyishou Hot Pot 刘一手火锅 Layered Beef Tripes Review (Price: $9.95; VIP Price: $8.95)
We then got the Liuyishou Hot Pot 刘一手火锅 Vegetable Platter. Price for this is $12.95 and it contains spinach, crown daisy, Chinese Cabbage, black fungus and corn.
We also had the Liuyishou Hot Pot 刘一手火锅 Layered Beef Tripes. Price for this is $9.95.
The vegetables taste good after cooking in the hot pot. The beef tripes taste alright. I usually prefer beef tripes to be marinated quite well and not eat it with hot pot.
Liuyishou Hot Pot 刘一手火锅 Sole Filet Fish Review (Price: $6.95; VIP Price: $5.95)
The Liuyishou Hot Pot 刘一手火锅 Sole Filet Fish was displayed pretty nicely. It was in a shell and there was ice underneath. There were probably 6 slices of sole filet fish in there. Price for this is $6.95. The fish taste pretty good when cooked.
After the meal, I went back to the sauce and condiments bar and got some more fruits to eat.
The regular price for two people for all of this would cost $96.55. The VIP price for two people for all of this would cost $89.55. I believe that in order to get VIP prices, you have to buy a VIP card.
We purchase the combo meal deal from the Fantuan Chinese Coupon App for $59.99 plus tax and tips so we saved quite a bit. Though, the vegetable platter that we got was about 2/3 the size of the regular vegetable platter. At the $59.99 price for two people, its more reasonable for hot pot.
Overall, the food is decent quality. The sauce, condiments and fruit buffet bar is probably the coolest and best I’ve seen. Presentation of many of the foods were pretty good too. However, prices can be expensive at this restaurant if you don’t have any coupons.
