YL’s Curry Bowl Hainanese Chicken Rice & Soup Combo Review (Price: $12.99)
The YL’s Curry Bowl Hainanese Chicken Rice & Soup Combo comes with Hainanese Chicken, yellow rice and daily soup. There are some carrots and radish in the soup. The sauces are sweet chili sauce and green onion ginger sauce. The chicken is cold and it had bones in it as well. Normally, Hainanese chicken does not have bones as the restaurant usually removes them for you. The rice and soup was hot though.
Overall, an ok meal. I was really excited to try this but was a bit disappointed as the chicken was cold and there’s bones in it. The price is not cheap especially considering many other food stalls at Impact Plaza sells their items at a much lower price. YL’s Curry Bowl is located at 15277 100 Ave Unit 101E, Surrey, BC, V3R 8X2, Canada. It is at the Impact Plaza inside the T&T 100 Avenue Food Court.
